I either didn't get or lost (probably lost) my 1099R from when I cashed out my IRA. Then, totally forgot until this afternoon that I didn't include it in my taxes that I already filed. So had to quickly file an amended return. I knew no taxes were taken out, so I could have just entered info and crossed my fingers. But Erica was actually able to get a copy of the form and email it to me while I was still on the phone with the tax guy. Got it uploaded, and we are all good!
